We can source and install just about any type of tile you have in mind, including ceramic, porcelain, natural stone and glass. Our tiling experts will be happy to advise you on the most suitable type of tile for your project.

Yes. However, we’d recommend discussing your tile choice with our tiling experts to make sure it’s suitable for your intended use.

Not all types of tiles need sealing. Those made from porous materials such as natural stone, concrete or unglazed ceramic should be sealed to prevent them from absorbing water.

Sealing your tiles also helps to improve their durability and makes them easier to clean, so you may wish to choose this for other types of tiles as well. We’re always happy to advise you on sealing tiles, how to maintain them to make sure they look their best, and when you should get them re-sealed.

Steve Morgan and his team at General Building Co did an outstanding job renovating our property after water damage. They efficiently removed and replaced damaged architraves and skirting throughout the bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. I really appreciated working with the General Building Co. I got Steve in initially to talk though one of my projects and he was straight forward and nothing was too hard.I then had a new project that encompassed the first project. I liked that the team understood that my deadlines, challenges and I had shifted the work and deadlines. The priority was the new work and not the initial work but they worked hand in hand.They worked within my budget as some items couldn’t be done as I had envisaged but we got to a number that made sense to both of us.I spoke daily to the team who kept me abreast of all things to do with this major renovation of my home. I was able to leave them to do as they said they would and make sure everything was up to code and regulations as this was most important to me.Their team are professional and worked through anything that I through them.
